John Denver is a popular musician and singer who has been able to touch many through his music. A lot of them were inspired by Colorado. He was born Henry John Deutschendorf Jr. in Roswell New Mexico he fell in the love of Colorado and then settled in Aspen. Denver's songs for his home state has drawn a lot of people to Colorado. G. Brown of the Colorado Music Hall of Fame states that John Denver is unlike any other musician who represents Colorado. Denver became the one of the first Hall of Fame inductee in the year 2011. Denver has been the symbol of Colorado to the many people across the globe. On my journeys around the world, I've met a lot of people who are not from Colorado. They will beg, "Oh John Denver!" when they hear that you are from Colorado. Brown stated. Take Me Home Country Roads, co-written by Bill Danoff and Denver after his brief career as a folk musician and was his debut Top 10 solo hit. Danoff used Johnny Cash as the inspiration for the song, but Denver recognized that the song could turn into a hit once the song was first heard by him. After the performance to a throng of fans in Washington D.C., the singer recorded this song.
